  5. Each player takes their score trackand player aid.

Gameplay outline

  • A game consists of several quick roundsof about 20 minutes.
  • In each round, players place two cards in front of themto achieve the objective (highest or lowest total depending on the Objective card).
  • Cards can be taken from your hand, the draw pile, the central riveror even directly from an opponent's hand.
  • Some cards have special effects(traps, reversals, powers) that unpredictably change the conditions of the round.
  • As the rounds progress, your knowledge of the cards changes: at one stage you see all your cards, but after winning rounds, your cards become visible to others while you see them less clearly.

Win/Loss Condition

  • A round is won when a player achieves the highest or lowest total score with their cards and effects.
  • The overall goal is to be the first to win a certain number of rounds, thus demonstrating your tactical superiority and mastery of bluffing.
  • The game is typically played by 3 to 6 players, with constant interaction and a fast pace.
  • Be careful when reading your opponents

The deduction and bluffing mechanics rely on your ability to interpret other players' gestures, hesitations, and card choices. The more closely you observe them, the better you'll be able to anticipate their strategies.

  • Master special effects

Some cards can completely turn the tide: traps, reversals, or instant effects can completely change a round. Knowing these effects increases your chances of surprising your opponents.

  • Adjust your play according to the objective

The target total changes from round to round (high or low). Adjust your cards and tricks accordingly to maximize your chances of winning the round.
