  4. Time Management: Certain actions or combats consume game time (marked in hours), and a race against timebegins to achieve your goals before threats become too numerous.

This combination of narration and tactics forces players to coordinate their plans, anticipate dangers, and optimize each turn to progress through the story.

Win/Loss Condition

Andoris not just about accumulating points: each Legendhas its own victory conditions, which may include defending the castle, defeating a major threator completing specific questsbefore time runs out.

  • Collective Victory: All players win by achieving the Legend's objectives before enemies or time overwhelm your abilities.
  • Defeat: If too many enemies reach the castle, if time runs out, or if certain critical conditions are not met, the game is lost.

Each Legend is designed to be replayed with different strategies, even when the overall story is already known.

  • Anticipate objectives together

Coordination is essential: take the time to discuss and plan who does what each turn, to avoid your heroes spreading out unnecessarily and objectives being forgotten.

  • Manage time effectively

Some actions are very time-consuming, and enemy progression is often linked to this narrative time marker: always assess whether a side quest is worth the detour or if it causes you to lose too many tactical advantages.

  • Leverage each hero's skills

Each character has particular strengths: use the archer for long distances, the dwarf for close combat, and the sorceress to support your group. A good distribution of roles often speeds up victory.
