How to play White Castle?
Game Setup
Place the central board on the table and arrange the resource tiles(wheat, wood, stone, gold) as well as the victory point grinding wheelswithin easy reach. Each player receives an individual boardwith their markers and their starting tilescorresponding to their initial possessions. Shuffle the Objective cards and place them in a pile. Then place the various available structuresin their respective locations. All players start with an identical number of resources and coins, according to standard rules.
Gameplay outline
The game takes place over severalsuccessive rounds. In each turn, players choose a main action from several available, such as gathering resources, acquiring new tiles, building structures, or activating special abilities. Each action has a resource cost but provides strategic advantages, like victory points or permanent bonuses. Players must optimize their choices to develop their domain around the White Castle while thwarting the opportunities of their rivals.
Win/Loss Condition
The game ends when certain conditions set by the objectives or card draw are met (for example, when a predetermined number of turns is reached or when a resource pile is depleted). At this point, each player calculates theirvictory pointsobtained from buildings, accumulated resources, and completed objectives.
