How to play City Tour?

Game Setup

  1. Assemble the tiles to form the Paper City board.
  2. Place the bus and Passenger pawns within reach of all players.
  3. Shuffle the Road tiles and prepare the Day cards according to the chosen level (12 days divided into 4 levels).
  4. Distribute the level-specific elements and place the tourist sites on the board.

Gameplay outline

  • Each turn, players draw Route tiles and choose which tile to add to the bus route.
  • The bus automatically moves along the constructed route, picking up passengers and dropping them off at the corresponding stops.
  • Players must work together to optimize each journey and anticipate unexpected turns or changes in tourist site locations.
  • Each day is played in a series of turns until all objectives are met or the bus can no longer move efficiently.

Win/Loss Condition

  • Win Condition: If you successfully transport all passengers to their correct destinations over the 12 days of the game, you become the official drivers for the City Tour!
  • Loss Condition: If too many passengers are stranded or if your routes no longer allow the bus to reach the required stops, the game is lost. Cooperation and collective strategy are essential to avoid failure.
