The Starter Deck contains everything you need to start a game:
- a pre-built deck of 51 cards;
- game tracking cards;
- game tokens;
- a rulebook explaining the mechanics of Cyberpunk TCG.
After shuffling the deck, all you have to do is face another player equipped with a compatible deck.
Gameplay outline
- In Embracing Power, you gradually build your team to take control of Night City's various missions.
- Over the course of turns, you recruit characters, play support cards, equip your fighters with gear, and use different Programs to gain an advantage over your opponent.

Win/Loss Condition
