The Starter Deck The Heist is one of the two official starter decks for Cyberpunk TCG - Welcome to Night City. Designed to allow new players to easily discover the game's mechanics, it contains a ready-to-play pre-constructed deck featuring iconic characters from the Cyberpunk universe. Balanced and designed to offer a complete experience from the very first game, this deck is an excellent entry point for learning the rules, mastering combat around Gigs, and starting to build your card collection.
How to play with the Starter Deck The Heist?
Game Setup
The Starter Deck contains everything needed to play immediately:
- a 51-card pre-constructed deck;
- the cards needed to track the game;
- game tokens;
- a rulebook to learn the basics of Cyberpunk TCG.
Simply shuffle the deck and face another player with a compatible deck.
Gameplay outline
- In The Heist, you play a team of edgerunners ready to take on Night City's most dangerous missions.
- Over the turns, you recruit your characters, equip your team with gear, play different Programs, and send your fighters to control the Gigs, the missions that allow you to win the game.
- The deck was designed to illustrate the main mechanics of Cyberpunk TCG while remaining competitive enough to offer real tactical choices. It also allows you to discover synergies between different cards before customizing your strategy with boosters.
Win/Loss Condition
As in Cyberpunk TCG, you win the game by taking control of Night City missions.
The first player to start their turn controlling 7 Gigsimmediately wins. Another victory condition is to completely exhaust your opponent's deck.
