Dual Powers: Revolution 1917

In March 1917, following Tsar Nicholas II's abdication, a conservative provisional government was established, quickly challenged by the Petrograd Soviet, a council of workers and soldiers led by socialist militants.

In this two-player power struggle game, each player controls one of the two camps and tries to gather the most support to win the game.
