Enter the colorful world of Garden Rush, a strategic and family-friendly board game where you play as competing gardeners striving to create the most beautiful vegetable patch. Easy to learn but devilishly tactical, each turn will require you to carefully choose your actions: planting, harvesting, selling your vegetables... or blocking your opponents!
In this race for productivity, only the shrewdest gardener will come out on top.

How to play Garden Rush?
Game Setup
Place the game board representing the vegetable garden in the center of the table. Each player chooses a color and receives their "gardener" pawns, as well as some starting pieces. Place the vegetable tiles (carrots, cabbages, tomatoes, onions, etc.) on the designated spaces. The "market" cards indicate the value of the harvests according to demand.
Gameplay outline
In your turn, move one of your gardeners onto the board and perform the action of the chosen space: plant, water, harvest, or sell your vegetables. But be careful! Each space can only be used once per round. The order of play and timing management are essential to maximize your earnings and block other gardeners.
With each round, new opportunities appear: the vegetable patch fills up, market prices fluctuate, and the tension rises!
Win/Loss Condition
The game ends when all rounds have been played or no actions are possible. The player who has accumulated the most coins from selling their vegetables wins and becomes the master gardener of Garden Rush!
Our Tips for Winning
-
Plan your harvests in advance
Anticipate the garden's cycle: some plants require multiple actions before they are ready to harvest. Optimize your turns to never remain idle and avoid losing precious actions.
-
Monitor market prices
Vegetable prices are changing! If carrot demand is high, sell quickly. If it drops, store them and wait for the right moment. Knowing when to sell is the key to a successful victory.
-
Diversify your crops
Don't put all your eggs in one basket! Variety allows you to remain flexible in the face of market fluctuations and to take advantage of multiple scoring opportunities in each round.
Everything you need to know about Garden Rush
Are the rules easy to learn?
Yes, they are very accessible. In just a few minutes, everyone understands the possible actions. The depth comes mainly from tactical choices and timing.
What's the best strategy to adopt when starting out?
Start by diversifying your crops: a little bit of everything to test the rhythm of the harvests. You can then refine your priorities according to market dynamics.
Can you play Garden Rush with two players?
Yes, and it's very enjoyable! With two players, the game becomes more strategic: each block takes on crucial importance, and the board seems more open.
Are there any extensions or variations?
For the moment, there are no official expansions, but some variations are circulating: for example, playing with a more volatile market or a modular vegetable garden.
