Good Fortune is a strategic card game for 2 players where tactics take precedence over chance. In this elegant duel, you will connect symbols, collect charms (lucky charms) and multiply your points at the end of the game. Games are quick (≈15 min) and accessible from 8 years old, perfect for competitive moments for two or as a small aperitif game.
How to play Good Fortune?
Game Setup
- Each player takes 9 tilesfrom their reserve.
- Place a central line of tiles(3 visible tiles) in the center of the table.
- Place the lucky medallionwithin easy reach: it will sometimes determine the order or connection conditions.
Gameplay outline
- Each turn, each player takes turns choosing a tilefrom their hand.
- Then, depending on the medallion's position, the largest or smallest tile is connected to one of the ends of the central lineif possible, respecting the corresponding symbols.
- If a tile connects correctly, the player collects the central tile at the opposite end of the line and places it in their collection area.
- Each collected symbol acts as a charm. The more tiles you collect with the samesymbol, the higher your final score will be.
- Unconnected tiles can be discarded or returned to hand depending on the rule variants agreed upon by players.
Win/Loss Condition
