How to play Harvest Valley?
Game Setup
- Each player receives an individual board representing their farm.
- The common material (resources, buildings, Season cards, tiles) is placed in the center.
- The season deck, which will set the pace of the game, is prepared.
Gameplay outline
In turn, you choose one of two actions:
- Place a market cardin the common grid to expand your farm or create fields.
- Build one of your farmhousesby placing a special card and putting your marker on it.
The plots and buildingscombine into patterns like a tile-laying game, and certain effects (crows, boars, etc.) can disrupt your opponents' plans. The common grid evolves as turns progress, and placing at the right timeis often decisive.
Win/Loss Condition
The game ends when the valley grid is completely filled.
All players then count their victory pointsbased on harvests (vegetables, fruit trees, contiguous fields), well-placed farms, and bonuses obtainedthrough their card configuration. The player with the highest total scorewins the game.
