In Heroes Love to Lie, each player embodies a secret hero driven by hidden motivations. The game combines deduction, bluffing, and risk-taking: you must lie about your identity while trying to collect Glory or eliminate your opponents. Constant tension, plot twists, and intense interactions are at the heart of the experience, for games full of suspense.
How to play Heroes Love To Lie?
Game Setup
- Deal each player one Hero card face down: this is their secret identity.
- Shuffle the "Action / Bluff" cards and prepare the draw pile.
- Place the Glory tokens within reach of all players. The number of tokens depends on the number of players (detailed in the official rules).
Gameplay outline
- Each turn, players play action or bluff cards to try to achieve objectives or sow doubt among others.
- Players can lie about their role: pretend to be another Hero, or conceal their true intentions.
- There are revelation or confrontation phases where identities can be discovered, either through actions or effect cards
Win/Loss Condition
- Gagner par Gloire : un joueur peut remporter la partie s’il accumule un certain nombre de jetons Gloire (exemple 4), en fonction des objectifs du jeu.

Yes: even if you lie about your identity, you can temporarily cooperate with other players if it serves your objectives. But keep in mind that your true motivations remain hidden.
Are there any popular variations or "house rules"?
To win, you must collect 7 heroesANDeliminate 3 monsters.” Limit the use of character masks to one per class, to enhance bluffing.
