Kéblo is a captivating memory and observation game from Gigamic, designed for the whole family. Fast, intuitive, and fun, it puts your reflexes and your ability to spot identical elements to the test. With dynamic games and simple rules, Kéblo is ideal for playing between children and adults, or for lively group gatherings.
How to play?
Game Setup
Place the colorful game boardin the center of the table with the 25 cards visible. Each card shows a busy scene full of objects.
Give each player a colored Kéblo token.
Shuffle the Bonus/Spellcards and place them in a pile next to the board.
Gameplay outline
At each turn, a Bonus/Spell card is revealed and read aloud: it can temporarily modify the rules or introduce a constraint (for example: having to find several objects at once or being limited in the areas to examine).
All players simultaneously look at the board for identical objects or objects that match the instructions on the Bonus/Spell card.
The first player to spot the correct combination shouts "Kéblo!" and places their token on the board. If their answer is correct, they win a point or the Bonus/Spell card, depending on the variant being played.
If the answer is incorrect, the player loses access to that round or incurs a penalty (for example, losing a point or skipping their turn).
Win/Loss Condition
The game ends when all Bonus/Spell cards have been used or after a predetermined number of rounds.
The player with the most points at the end wins the game.
In a simple variant for children, the first player to reach a certain number of points (e.g., 5) wins immediately, making the game even faster and more accessible.
