Quick to learn yet deep in its gameplay, each investigation offers a unique and stimulating challenge for puzzle enthusiasts. Perfect for cerebral game nights, whether solo or with others, Kronologic: Cuzco 1450 provides an original experience in the world of puzzle games.

How to play Kronologic: Cuzco 1450?
Game Setup
- Place the game materials: the Time, Character, and location cards representing the city of Cuzco in front of all players.
- Each player receives a deduction sheet, a screento hide their notes, and a pencil to record the information gathered.
- Choose one of the 15 investigations, each with specific constraints (one-way streets, blocked locations, etc.).
Gameplay outline
- In turn, players formulate a question using combinations of cards (Character, Location, Time) to obtain partial information. The game reveals two clues: one public piece of information shared with everyone, and another private one reserved for the active player.
- Participants use these snippets of information to eliminate hypotheses, track character movements, and refine their conclusions. The challenge is to cross-reference these logical elements to identify who was where and when on the temporal and spatial grid.
Win/Loss Condition
The game ends as soon as a player believes they have solved the investigation. They then announce their full hypothesis (character, location, and time). If the solution is correct, they win the game. In case of an error, they are eliminated for that round, and the other players continue the investigation until a winner is determined.
Our Tips for Winning
-
Leverage every clue to its maximum potential
Don't overlook any information, whether public or private: cross-referencing data increases your chances of solving the case before others.
-
Take methodical notes to avoid errors
A clear and organized note-taking system will save you time and limit false assumptions in complex investigations.
-
Anticipate travel restrictions
Some roads may be blocked or one-way depending on the chosen scenario: taking this into account early allows you to rule out impossible paths more quickly
