How to play Pili Pili?
Game Setup
- Shuffle the 55 numbered cardsfrom 1 to 55, plus the Joker, as well as the Mission cardsand the Pili cards(penalty).
- Deal the numbered cards to players to form their hand.
- Place the pile of Mission cardsface down in the center.
Gameplay outline
- In each round, a Mission card is revealed: it imposes a special rule that changes the way tricks are played (e.g., playing blind, exchanging cards, or other surprising challenges).
- Before playing, each player secretly betson the number of tricks they think they will win during the round.
- Players then play their cards one by one to try to win tricks, but Mission cards can upset your plans.
- If you exactly match your bet, you are in a good position. If you take too many or too few tricks, you receive a pili(penalty token).
- Too many accumulated pilis, and the game slips away from you...
Win/Loss Condition
- Win Condition: At the end of the game (usually after a certain number of rounds), the player with the fewest piliswins the game.
- Loss Condition: Accumulating too many pilis distances you from victory, as each penalty brings you closer to last place.
- The mix of betting, adaptation, and risk-taking makes each round tense and fun.

-
Monitor opponent cards
Observe what your opponents play and their betting behavior to anticipate their hands and avoid unnecessary penalties.
