Rebelles Princesses is a fun and original card game that revisits fairy tales with humor and strategy. Here, there's no question of marrying Prince Charming: your goal is, on the contrary, to avoid them at all costs. Inspired by classic trick-taking games, it adds unique powers and rules that change with each round. The result: dynamic, unpredictable games full of twists and turns.
How to play Rebel Girls?
Game Setup
- Each player receives a hand of cards and chooses or is assigned a Princess with a unique power.
- Five round cards are selected and placed face down to define the special rules for each round.
- A card trading system is applied at the beginning of each round according to the indicated rules.
- The game is played over 5 successive rounds.
Gameplay outline
- In each round, a special card is revealed, changing the rules for that turn.
- Players play tricks: each player lays down a card, following suit if possible.
- The player who played the highest card of the suit wins the trick.
- The objective is to avoid certain cards, especially the Princes, which award negative points.
- Each Princess can use a special power once per round to influence the game.
- The rules are constantly evolving thanks to the round cards, creating unpredictable and often chaotic situations.
Win/Loss Condition
- The goal is to finish the game with as few points as possible.
- Points represent "marriage proposals" that you must avoid.
- After 5 rounds, the princess with the fewest points wins the game.
