Discover a new way to play with Classic Scrabble – 2 Games in 1, an edition that combines the iconic word game with a cooperative variant accessible to all. Whether you're a long-time enthusiast or a casual player, this version allows you to enjoy traditional Scrabble or try a faster, more collaborative gameplay experience.
In this variant, participants can play as a team and try to achieve objectives represented by cards. Each card presents a challenge, for example, creating a five-letter word or using certain letters. Once the challenge is completed, the card is won and earns a point for the team.

How to play Scrabble?
Game Setup
- The 15 x 15 squareboard is placed in the center of the table and the letters are placed in the bag.
- Each player draws 7 lettersand places them on their rack without showing them to their opponents. Letters have different values depending on their frequency in the French language: common letters are worth few points, while rarer ones are much more valuable.
- The first player can then begin to form their first word.
Gameplay outline
In turn, a player uses one or more letters from their rack to form a word horizontally or vertically on the board.
The first wordmust pass through the central square. All subsequent words must be connected to those already present, like a crossword puzzle.
After playing, the player calculates their score and then draws enough letters to replenish their rack to 7 letters, as long as the bag allows.
When a player cannot or does not wish to form a word, they can pass their turn. They can also exchange one or more letters for new ones when conditions permit.
How are points counted?
Each letter has a value indicated directly on its tile.
When a word is played, the values of its letters are added together. However, certain squares on the board can significantly increase the score:
- Double Letter Scoredoubles the value of the letter;
- Triple Letter Scoretriples the value of the letter;
- Double Word Scoredoubles the total value of the word;
- Triple Word Scoretriples the total value of the word.
These bonuses only apply when a letter is placed on the square in question for the first time.
If a player manages to use all 7 letters from their rack in a single turn, they achieve a "Scrabble" and receive a bonus of 50 pointsin addition to their move's score.
Win/Loss Condition
- The game usually ends when the bag is empty and a player manages to use all the letters on their rack, or when no player can make any more moves.
- Players then subtract the value of their remaining letters from their score.
- The participant with the highest scorewins the game.
Our Tips for Winning
-
Don't just look for the longest words
A well-placed short word on a triple-word score square can be worth much more than an impressive word placed elsewhere.
-
Learn short words
Two- and three-letter words are particularly useful for utilizing available spaces and creating multiple words simultaneously.
-
Watch out for bonus squares
Avoid giving your opponent a Triple Word Score square easily on the next turn as much as possible.
