Unstable Unicorns Game Rules

Game Setup

  • Shuffle the main deck.
  • Each player receives a starter unicorn and five cards.
  • Form the draw pile in the center.

Gameplay outline

  1. On your turn, draw a card then play a card.

  2. Cards can summon unicorns, steal others', destroy, protect, or create permanent effects.

  3. "Magic", "Upgrade", and "Downgrade" cards modify strategies and turn situations around.
  4. Interactions are constant: cancelling moves, protecting stables, quick reversals.

Win/Loss Condition

The first player to collect the required number of unicorns in their stable (depending on the number of players) wins the game.
