Continue your ornithological journey! After discovering the birds of America in the base game, it's time to learn about the birds of the Old Continent and their new special abilities. These will increase player interaction and blend seamlessly with the birds from the base game.

With a storage tray designed to accommodate the new birds, 15 additional eggs, and food tokens, this expansion reinvigorates an already beloved game.

This first Wingspan expansion broadens the scope to include the diverse and majestic bird species of Europe. These birds come with many new powers, including "round end" powers, powers that enhance player interactions, birds that can cover multiple spaces to make future actions more profitable, and birds that benefit from an excess of cards or food.

European birds are designed to be mixed into the original card deck. This expansion also includes additional storage to accommodate new bird cards (past, present, and future), 15 purple eggs, additional food tokens, new end-of-round goals, and a new scorepad for multiplayer and solo games.
