How to play the game Yro?

Game Setup


Each player starts with a hand of Adventurer cards and an empty 3x3 grid playing area. Resources (Gold, Magic, Technology) are made available, as are the cards to recruit. The goal is to gradually build your guild by optimizing each spot.

Gameplay outline

In each round, players recruit new adventurers and strategically place them in their grid. Each card offers bonuses: combat power, resources, or special effects.

The game revolves around several phases: recruitment, placement, ability activation, and combat resolution. Combinations are essential: aligning cards sharing the same faction or profession triggers powerful bonuses.

Win/Loss Condition


The game ends when a player reaches a certain victory point threshold or completes their grid. The player who has accumulated the most points through combat, resources, and synergies wins the game.
